Why I Started PropertyBrick

I built PropertyBrick because I’m a local landlord and I’ve lived the problem.

Northern Ireland has great opportunities, but the data is often fragmented, inconsistent, and hard to validate quickly. I found myself repeating the same manual analysis over and over: checking rents, estimating yields, searching for comparables, and trying to make a decision with imperfect information.
